The quote tool

The form collects sex, date of birth, your perceived wellness, nicotine use, desired payout, and span length. This information goes to carriers' quote engines and is not retained by this website. Getting quotations skips identity collection entirely. Duplicate identical queries use temporary caching to spare the quote system redundant calls.

Applying

Should you apply, your response set feeds the carriers' secure platform with its separate privacy policy. Underwriting is administered by Susman Insurance Agency, a California-accredited insurance firm (License 0B75129).

The contact form

Our contact form requests your name, email address, optional phone, preferred reply method, issue category, and message content. Replies ship to the agency inbox; your address serves as the reply path. The website preserves no records, maintains no database, and stores no message log. A lightweight security check executes in your computer before sending.

Measurement

Visitor activity is tracked by a first-party measurement system without external services. No cookies or identifiers are created; your IP address is partially obscured prior to storage; prior-page references are scrubbed; server logs expire within ninety days. Visitors using Privacy Mode or Global Privacy Control signals bypass measurement.

What we do not do

This site declines to market personal information, employ trackers for ads, or install third-party measurement code. The carriers' secure application system, activated when you go to apply, is the sole outside software.
